site and join the notification list.
Who is responsible
Jason Design Journal is responsible for your data. For any questions, or

What we collect
If you enter your email address to be notified when the service opens, we
collect and store that email address. We do not ask for anything else.
This site is hosted on Squarespace. Like most websites, Squarespace uses
cookies and collects standard technical information (such as your device
type, browser, and general location) to run the site, keep it secure, and
provide basic visitor analytics. You can manage cookies through the banner
shown when you visit, and in your browser settings.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your email address for one purpose only: to let you know when the
service opens. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by
submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see "Your rights").
The technical and analytics data handled by Squarespace is used to keep the
site working and secure. Our lawful basis for this is our legitimate
interest in running a safe, functioning website.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for any other marketing.
Who we share it with
Your information is processed by Squarespace, which provides and hosts this
website on our behalf. Squarespace may process data outside the UK under
appropriate legal safeguards. We do not share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until the service opens and we have contacted you, or
until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. If the service does
not go ahead, we will delete the list.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the
data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or
restrict how it is used, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To do
any of these, email formfray@gmail.com and we will respond within one
month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled, please tell us
first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the
Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or
by calling 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
